The Integrity Index in Palestine represents a periodic description of the state of integrity in Palestine, covering its components which include the governmental or public, civil, and private sectors. This index was built based on a number of indicators developed by AMAN using several internationally recognized key indicators related to the principles, foundations, provisions, and rules set forth in the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). In addition, governance indicators prepared by Transparency International (TI) on integrity, transparency, and accountability (ITA) applied in the management of public affairs were also used, taking- into-account the Arab context, where AMAN, in partnership with a number of TI branches in Arab countries, localized these indicators accordingly.
