Walaa Al-Qawasmi is the Executive Secretary in the Finance and Administrative Department. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Al-Azhar University – Gaza (2011). She joined the AMAN Coalition in September 2013 and is responsible for carrying out administrative and logistical tasks, archiving correspondence, assisting in organizing workshops and meetings, and following up on procurement procedures and financial transactions, including managing petty cash for the regional office. She also contributes to human resources follow-up and supports departments and project coordinators in line with the coalition’s values of integrity and transparency. She has over 14 years of professional experience in administrative and financial work, including her previous experience at the Supreme Judicial Council.
