Intesar is the Manager of the Awareness Raising and Community Outreach Unit at AMAN since 2020, where she manages and implements awareness and community outreach programs and projects within the strategic plan, oversees national integrity-related events including International Anti-Corruption Day, prepares training programs and awareness materials, and manages partnerships while promoting the integration of anti-corruption programs into grassroots organizations’ strategies.
Previously, she was the Manager of the Monitoring and Studies Unit since 2017, supervising the preparation of reports and studies, overseeing the Corruption Observatory, and contributing to the Annual Integrity Status Report and the Integrity Index. She brings 28 years of experience in program and project management, strategic planning, and public policy analysis in the Palestinian context, in addition to her engagement in governance and human rights work.
