Lamees holds the post of Social Audit Coordinator, her post consists of executing the activities of the social audit and coordinating the” civil society team for enhancing public budget transparency”, and drafting fact sheets and analytical paper related to the public budget issues.
Moreover, she had the post of advocacy coordinator at Bisan Center for Research and Development for 3 years. She also served as a project coordinator at the Union of Palestinian Women Committees.
