Ruba Masouda is the Research and Monitoring Coordinator at AMAN Coalition since 2025. She supports the Monitoring and Studies Unit by documenting and analyzing developments in the integrity and anti-corruption system in Palestinian society through AMAN’s Monitor, and contributes to preparing specialized reports on issues addressed by the Coalition.
She holds two Master’s degrees from Birzeit University in International Studies and Israeli Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Al-Quds University. She has published several research papers and participated in international conferences, with expertise in political and international research, policy papers, and policy analysis. Previously, she worked as a Research and Studies Expert at the Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs (2022–2024). She also served as a research and teaching assistant at Birzeit University, volunteered in the Integrity Department at the Anti-Corruption Commission, and worked as a part-time lecturer at Al-Quds Open University.
