Luay Jaber is the Administrative and Procurement Manager at the Aman Coalition. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Birzeit University (2008) and has extensive experience in human resources and procurement management, fostering a professional and motivating work environment that advances the organization’s mission of promoting integrity and combating corruption.
He began his career in the Advocacy and Legal Guidance Unit in 2009, handling whistleblower cases, providing legal advice, following up on cases, preparing fact sheets, and implementing advocacy campaigns and specialized workshops. He also gained experience in local companies in administrative and field research roles and has participated in various volunteer initiatives to strengthen community engagement and solidarity.
