Somod Barghouthi is the Manager of the Studies and Monitoring Unit. She holds a Master’s degree in International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Birzeit University. She currently oversees knowledge production and dissemination at AMAN, including reports, studies, fact sheets, annual indicators, measurement tools, and opinion polls, and submits drafts to the Board Advisor for approval. She is a key contributor to the Annual Report on the Status of Integrity and Anti-Corruption and represents AMAN in the UNCAC Coalition. Somod joined AMAN in 2010, working in research and studies as an assistant and later as Monitoring and Documentation Coordinator, where she contributed to establishing the Anti-Corruption Observatory covering integrity, anti-corruption, public budget, local authorities, and investigative reporting.
