He is the Awareness Raising Unit Coordinator at the Aman Coalition – Gaza Regional Office since 2016. In this role, he is responsible for implementing the unit’s interventions in line with the Coalition’s strategic and programmatic plans, including awareness-raising activities, capacity building, and community outreach. He also leads efforts to integrate the anti-corruption framework into the strategies and programs of partners across targeted sectors.
He previously served as the Executive Director of the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) and held leadership and advisory positions in several international and civil society organizations. He has over 18 years of documented experience working with local, regional, and international organizations in the fields of humanitarian action, sustainable development solutions, institutional development, project management, strategic management, governance and anti-corruption solutions, development of local and national indicators, accountability to affected populations, as well as monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL).
