This paper discusses the data provided on the basis that they constitute the official Public Budget for 2016. The data were gleaned from documents submitted to the parliamentary groups of the Legislative Council in December 2015, the special 2016 Public Budget data published by the government and the MoF, and the Presidential Decree of the 2016 Public Budget. The analysis compared items on the draft 2016 Public Budget with those of 2015 to identify discrepancies and differences .In addition, items of the draft 2016 Public Budget were compared with the actual figures for items of the 2015 Public Budget where necessary, taking into account that the MoF is the source of figures and data in the analysis.
