Ethical Requirements in Administrative Corruption

Abstract


The study aims to identify the role of the ethical requirements of the Organization and the quality of working life in the reduction of administrative corruption phenomenon in the non-governmental organizations. The researcher has formulated three main hypotheses t and set of questions to cover all aspects of this research. Moreover, the researcher has also used the descriptive analytical method for this purpose, in addition to a questionnaire used as a main tool for data collection, and the volume of society (2650), and the study sample (335), and the sample is random way were distributed (340) questionnaire was recovery (272) identifying the rate of recovery (80%), and was used statistical analysis program (spss) as a pachage statistical input, processing and analysis of data.
Findings of the research:
1. There is a degree of approval of the fields related to the ethical requirements of the organization with a mean relative (75.77%), while the degree of approval on the quality of life functional requirements of a mean relative (69.16%).
2. There is a statistically significant role to the requirements of the functional quality of life in the reduction of the phenomenon of corruption in NGOs.
3. There is a statistically significant role for the ethical requirements of the organization in reducing the phenomenon of administrative corruption.
4. There are no differences with statistical indicator between the averages of the respondents responses with respect to their views on “ The role of the ethical requirements of the Organization and the quality of working life in the reduction of the phenomenon of corruption in non-governmental organizations” due to personal and functional variables differences (age, educational qualification, years of service the duration of the work) while there are no differences attributed to the variable (sex) with respect to the requirements of the functional quality of life in favor males.

Recommendations:
1. Taking into account the need to prioritize the role of the ethical requirements of the organization and the quality of working life in the reduction of the phenomenon of corruption in NGOs.
2. Setting up a financial and moral meritorious increment program to support the proper, distinguished conduct to curb any form of administrative corruption at the completion of others transactions such as medication and nepotism and other forms of corruption.
3. Linking all the different operations training programs with the strategy and objectives of the organization, which seeks to achieve in the field of ethics, and allocation of the budget required for this.  In addition, to pursuit training scholarships abroad for leaders and individuals.
4. The achievement of transparency in decision- making at all levels of the organization through a secure an effective relationship between senior management and subordinates in organizations to reduce administrative corruption of images in this area.
5. Providing arrangements and flexible work schedules in functional tasks for the various categories of staff performance; to achieve a balance between work and personal life for workers.
6. The restructuring of wages and bonuses systems in general for all organizations, seeking to link wages efficient performance, which in turn requires the availability of a just and real model to evaluate the performance of employees.
