In 1961, the international society defined the basis for diplomatic action through the Vienna diplomatic agreement to grant authority to each state to regulate diplomatic functions through legislation to regulate all diplomatic posts.
After 10 years of the agreement, AMAN conducted this report to review the experience and status of the work of the diplomatic posts in Palestine in terms of recruitment and promotion, in addition to identifying the challenges and gaps that lie ahead.
