This study aims at identifying the legal framework governing the Palestinian public sector institutions by reviewing the legislations of the operation of these institutions, whether the legislation being implemented or the administrative legislation regulating their work. The study attempts to identify the weaknesses and strengths in the legal reality of the Palestinian public sector institutions, the difficulties faced by these institutions and the obstacles to performing their functions effectively, as well as proposing practical measures to improve the effectiveness and credibility of these institutions.
