As part of strengthening the role of civil society organizations (CSOs) in shaping appropriate public policies and ensuring accountability for their implementation, the AMAN Coalition aims to produce quarterly monitoring reports on the progress of the reform process. These reports track key developments in the reform efforts in accordance with the announced reform agenda, highlighting areas that reflect progress or deviation in the process. The monitoring and follow up process includes reviewing government decisions, plans, and actions related to reform. The importance of these reports lies in their function as a compass for assessing the direction of the reform process, enabling timely calls for appropriate intervention and helping prevent deviation from its intended goals. To prepare the report, a practical monitoring methodology will be used to track decisions and data gathered from various sources, including conducting interviews with officials wherever decisions are made and wherever necessary.
