The aim of this report was to evaluate the sectoral strategy for public financial management (2021-2023), considering the completion of the strategy’s implementation period. The report assesses the extent to which the strategic objectives were achieved, as well as the evaluation of public financial management reforms associated with it, including the 2022 reform plan, particularly the financial reforms. A scientific analytical approach was adopted in preparing this report, involving the analysis of national plans, public financial management strategies, and financial reform plans during the strategy period (2021-2023), and evaluating the extent to which the vision, objectives, and policies of public financial management were realized. An evaluation matrix for the sectoral strategy of public financial management was developed, and a range of relevant literature and documents were studied
