AMAN Coalition cordially invites you to participate in its 2022 annual conference, which will be held under the theme of:
“Political Integrity, Shaping Public Policies for the Common Good”
The conference aims to highlight the extent to which the Palestinian Government is committed to shaping the laws and public policies to serve the public interest.
Political integrity entails public policy making and implementation are driven by public interest. In recent observations and monitoring for the decision making in public policies, AMAN recognized many examples where laws and policies were manipulated to advantage a certain group and not the common good. As such, this poses a challenge to democracy, dismantles checks and balances, and undermines Judiciary and rule of law.
Each conference session will come up with recommendations and proposals to the Palestinian government to guide policy reforms in major matters of great concern to all Palestinians related to the political division and state of rule of law.
The conference will be held on Monday 31st October 2022 in the Palestinian Red Crescent Hall, Al-Quds Street - Al-Bireh, and Phoenix Hall, Al-Rashid St. from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.
