She has been the Raising Awareness & outreach Unit Manger for the Aman Coalition since 2020.
She has held the position of the Director of the Monitoring and studies unit at AMAN since 2017, where she was responsible for managing the unit, developing necessary operational and administrative plans, supervising the preparation of reports, studies, information and all press releases issued by AMAN. Moreover, she supervises opinion polls, the annual integrity index, and contribute to the preparation of the awareness material guides.
She has worked for 19 years in civil society organizations, gaining experience in managing programs and projects, preparing trainings, reports and in social work and human rights
