compliance in Palestine with the UN Convention
Against Corruption and similar international
standards through a civil society-led initiative
that mobilizes major
stakeholders through collective action and
involves all sectors to: support directed research,
draft legislation, institutionalize monitoring
mechanisms, raise awareness of the role of the
public, and advocate for effective implementation
and enforcement of anti-corruption measures, based
on the participatory development, endorsement and
implementation of a National Plan of Action to
