Establishing a project follow-up committee.


(Meeting in Gaza July 29,  2007)

Following a meeting held in Ramallah on July 10th with major stakeholders and a meeting held in Gaza on July 29th, a follow-up committee for the National Anti Corruption Campaign was established.

The follow-up committee is comprised of representatives from civil society organizations, private sector, public sector, individuals such as lawyers, researchers, etc.

The main tasks of the follow- up committee include:

    • Raising awareness on UN convention against corruption.

    • Participating in the implementation of the project activities.

    • Providing consultancy on issues related to the project.
