Palestinian
Legislations and Conflict Of Interest:
Legislations in general and functional systems in
specific require people who work in public positions to have
transparency, integrity and honesty especially
decision-makers on issues related to the public and to avoid
anything that can cause the person to deviate from these
criteria while favoring the personal interest over the
public interest. Therefore, the legal regulations for
several issues set restraints that would hinder the
individual from favoring his interest over the public
interest and to avoid the existence of conflict of interest.
