Ghada is
the Executive Director of AMAN whose responsibilities are
managing and overseeing AMAN’s work as a whole. She also
takes an active role in preparing and overseeing the
implementation of AMAN’s strategic plan and projects. Ghada
also takes part in mobilizing resources and fundraising in
addition to reporting to the Board of Directors on AMAN’s
daily work and staff performance
Ghada holds
a Masters Degree in Rural Development/ Institutional
Building. Her dissertation topic: Gender Analysis of
Palestinian NGOs Working in the Field of Rural Development,
dealing with the impact of patriarchy on women's employment
with emphasis on the advancement of women in the NGOs'
structures and decision-making.

Isam has been AMAN’s Administrative
Manager since 2002. Prior to that, 1998-2002, Isam

as the of Head of the Certification Division.

Nadia Al Bayoumi
Gaza Office Coordinator
Bsc. In Pharmacy -Al-Azhar

Nadia works as the Senior Coordinator at AMAN’s
office in Gaza. She joined AMAN’s team in October 2005.
Nadia is responsible for the coordination and management of
all projects implemented in Gaza in addition to being AMAN’s
PR representative.
Prior to joining AMAN, Nadia worked with several NGOs for
nearly 8 years. She also has experience in the area of
research.

Abeer Musleh
Head of the Research and Development Unit
MA degree in International Studies, BirZeit
University 2001
Occupying the position of head of the R&D Unit, Ms. Musleh works on
strengthening transparency and combating corruption by
preparing books, studies and training manuals of relevance.
She is currently working on developing a Palestinian
corruption Perception Index (PCPI) and preparing the
Palestinian annual corruption report.
She worked as a lecturer in the department of History and
Political Science in both Bir Zeit and al-Quds Universities.
She has an extensive experience in training of trainers
(TOT) and training with NGOs on communication skills,
conflict resolutions, combating corruption and the like.
She also participated in preparing studies on the
Palestinian political situation which were published in
local and regional Arab countries

Hama Zeidan
Coordinator for the Advocacy and Legal Advice Center- ALAC
Master Degree in Democracy and Human Rights
Ms. Hama is the coordinator of the advocacy and legal advice
(ALAC) center, responsible for supervising all aspects of
the operations of the Center to ensure high quality service.
Ms. Hama Worked in the Palestinian Central Bureau of
Statistics (PCBS) during the period from 1999-2008, She
had
accumulated good experience in project management and
implementation of statistical surveys, writing and analysis
of statistical reports, where she worked as director of
Governance survey, and served as head of Institutional
National Accounts division, and was a member of the
technical committee in the number of statistical surveys
(economic, social and geographical).

Jamileh Jalal Abed
Project
Coordinator
Bachelor degree in English literature and
translation-major/minor; Birzeit University
Currently holds the position of Project
Coordinator
for two projects; “Measuring Anti-Corruption Efforts
and Building Demand for Effective National Integrity Systems
in Egypt and the Arab World” MABDA; and “Enhancing the legal
framework of Associations in the Arab World through national
dialogue and empowerment of civil society”.
Jamileh worked with AMAN from the beginning
of 2007 as a project manager for the Nazaha project
(enhancing integrity and transparency in Palestinian NGOs).
Prior to that, she worked at the Treatment and
Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Torture (TRC) as an
office manager and for five and a half years as an academic
counselor with Academy for Educational Development. |

Said Awadallah
Grants Program Manager
MPH in Public Health - International Development,
Tulane University, USA 2003
Said
coordinates the grants under the Outsourcing Program within
AMAN’s Core program since 2008, responsibility include
implementing several activities particularly coordinating
with different fund entrusted and awarded NGO’s by AMAN’s
outsourcing program. Prior to this he worked in with several
NGOs, locally as fundraising and project development at the
Palestinian Human Right Organization, and internationally as
a Program Coordinator at the Lutheran Community Services in
the USA, earlier to all a Quality Control Manager in a food
production company.

Rami Mousa
Resource Center & Webmaster coordinator
Bsc. Information system - Palestine Polytechnic 2002
Rami has been working with AMAN as a Resource Center &
Webmaster coordinator since 2004. His responsibilities
include developing and updating AMAN's Website as well as
maintaining the Anti-corruption resource center. He
previously worked on software development in the private
sector for two years.

Lina Falah
Project Coordinator

the “National Endowment for Democracy/ Fighting corruption

as a project coordinator at the Palestinian Red Crescent
Society and at Birzeit University. She has good experience

Mohammad works as an
administrative assistant with AMAN since 2006. He is
responsible for following up on activities relating to the

Provisions in Palestine/ the National Anti Corruption
Campaign”, currently implemented by AMAN. He is also
responsible for coordinating activities for the pressure
group Palestinian Parliamentarians against Corruption.
