On Sunday, April 27, 2008, AMAN-Coalition for Integrity and
Accountability organized a one day training course under the title
of Legal framework for Combating Corruption in Palestine. The
course targeted students enrolled at the College of Law of Al Quds
University in Abu Dees, Jerusalem. 26 students attended the course
which consisted of seven training hours. Dr. Yasser Amori, Dean of
the College of Law at Birzeit University, gave the training.
The abovementioned course is one of a series of courses targeting
law students in six universities in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
The courses aim at advocating the UN- Convention Against Corruption;
a project AMAN is implementing in cooperation with the UNDP-PPA.
