The
report tackled the impact of corruption on the
marginalized groups in the Palestinian society as
children, women, and handicapped. It figured out
specific forms of corruption as well as their impact on
the marginalized groups such as: nepotism, favoritism
and discrimination among citizens, mismanagement, chaos
and neglect in the management, managing the public funds
and wasting them, the bad influence on the judiciary
system and courts, influence the public through the use
of the press and other media to confuse the facts and
forgery to the public. Besides, it addressed the work
for the benefit of elite groups and individuals at the
expense of the public interest, along with the abortion
experience of democracy through falsification of the
elections and falsifying its results.
The
report finally recommended the need of specialized deep
studies about corruption amongst each category in order
to form a corruption reference database.
